Rubin ALE brings together hops from across the Atlantic, international malts and distinctive yeast. Its secret is cold hopping.
Some of the hops go into the conditioning tanks, where aroma and bitterness are released slowly. Citra’s citrus notes and Amarillo’s floral character come together in an intense flavour and aroma.
